Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
- Returns must be shipped at your own expense within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and free of odor.
- All tags must be attached.
All returns will be provided with a store credit with no expiration date upon your items return. Please note, we do not accept returns for any swim bottoms or one pieces due to sanitation purposes. Once we receive your return, please give us 2-3 business days to inspect your return and email you your store credit.
We are not responsible for any lost shipments and custom fees for international returns.
Please note, we do not issue refunds, unless the item can not be sent out after purchase.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.
Returning an item:
To return your item please email contact@inswimclub.com with your order number and the reason as to why.
Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit with no expiration date which can be used store wide. Returns processing takes between 2-5 business days once your items have been received and inspected.
We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges, but you can return your item for store credit and re-order the correct size/desired style and color. Please note there is a restocking fee of tax for all returns.
